- For security reasons, our team is not authorized to receive personal or professional documentation via WhatsApp or text messages. At YELLOW GLOBAL SOLUTION LLC, we only handle documents sent by email. This practice guarantees both confidentiality and comprehensive control of the information.
- We are committed to meet the estimated delivery dates of the contracted services once you have confirmed and/or approved your request, made the corresponding payment and sent the necessary documents.
- In order to simplify the payment process, you will receive notifications from our billing system, through STRIPE. These notifications will detail the amount billed and the payment methods available, such as credit/debit cards. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
- If you prefer payment methods such as Zelle or Cash App, we will be happy to provide you with precise instructions on how to complete the transaction securely.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data displayed in the comment form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid spam detection.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
